Hello, my name is “eveartsz”. Welcome to eve art contest, your home for eve related art competitions. My mission is to make eve beautiful and this blog represents an effort to get this mission going. After seeing the submissions of the "create a starship" contest on deviantart, it occurred to me that there is a great number of talented and creative eveonline players out there. So, why not putt all these people to work? If you are a creative person, participate in in the eve art contest, win ISK and have fun doing it. D O N A T I O N S

Donations are very important to this endeavor. I plan on getting this blog and the contests hosted here as big as they can be, in an effort to allow all the talented players out there to leave their mark on the eve community and the game it's self. In order to do that, the quality of the artwork submitted in the contests should be as high as possible, thus prizes must be as valuable as possible. In the absence of donations, I will try my best to pay out of my personal wallet. That being said, I want to urge everyone to consider donating a small sum of ISK every once in a while and also tell your friends about the blog, link it to your corpmates and such. Remember, we always need more publicity, more contestants and more donations, resulting in better payouts and an overall higher quality of art. Also keep in mind that i'd like to host demanding and time consuming contests such as concept art, can art, music, themed videos, etc. Prizes for such contests will be directly proportionate to the complexity and number of work hours involved, probably in the billions of ISK. This means I would have to rely heavily on donations.

So you like art and creative stuff? You like the idea of possibly winning some ISK through your art? Donate as much as you are comfortable with. Is your corporation dedicated to making New Eden a better, more diverse place? Help me widen the scope of our choice mmo by donating. You appreciate good artists? If you would like to support "eve art contest" and it's contestants, send your ISK to "eveartsz" (that's me) and don't forget to fill out the reason for the ISK transfer, so I can keep it all straight; just put in "for contest prizes" or something to that effect. All donations to "eveartsz" will become contest prizes. Thank you!
